1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to YT Insight, a premium SaaS product hosted, owned, and operated via digiroot.shop (referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing a plan, accessing the website, or using the YT Insight dashboard (including our YouTube SEO tools, analytics generators, and trending keyword features), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not purchase or use our services.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

To access the YT Insight SaaS dashboard, users must purchase a plan through the secure checkout on digiroot.shop.

  • Accurate Information: You must provide your genuine full name and a valid email address during the checkout process.

  • Account Delivery: The login credentials for your dashboard will be generated and issued strictly based on the details you provided at checkout.

  • Account Security: Once you receive your credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You can change your password at any time directly through your dashboard.

3. Delivery Policy and Account Activation Timeframe

We aim to provide a streamlined deployment process for your custom SaaS dashboard access.

  • Working Hours: Our formal working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PKT).

  • Delivery Window: If a purchase is made during our standard working hours, our team will generate and email your unique login credentials within a few hours (maximum up to 12 hours).

  • Off-Hour Purchases: Purchases made outside of working hours, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed with top priority on the very next working day.

  • Delivery Method: All credentials and account links are dispatched via email to the address used during checkout. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

4. Product Usage and License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use YT Insight for optimizing your YouTube content.

A. Basic Plan (499 PKR)

  • Granted to one single user profile.

  • Includes a one-time lifetime payment model for the current suite of tools.

B. Team Plan (1999 PKR)

  • Designed for collaborative creation, allowing the primary account owner to add and grant login access for up to 10 team members or friends through the dashboard interface.

  • Custom Enterprise Scaling: If your agency or team requires more than 10 members, you must contact our support team at support@digiroot.shop. The team will evaluate your requirements and suggest a custom, tailored pricing structure for you.

5. Future Feature Implementations and Pricing Structure

  • Current Model: All core features listed at the time of purchase are available under a one-time payment fee.

  • Future Scaling: As we continue to develop and implement advanced, high-performance features in the future, we reserve the right to introduce minimal monthly subscription fees to cover server and API overheads.

  • Estimated Future Costs: For individual users, future premium add-on fees are estimated to range strictly between 200 PKR and 500 PKR monthly. For the Team Plan, future upgrades for the entire collaborative ecosystem are estimated to range between 1,000 PKR and 1,500 PKR monthly.

6. Secure Payments and Billing

  • Gateway Protocol: All monetary transactions are processed securely through our verified payment gateway partner, AssanPay.

  • Zero Liability: We do not see or retain your sensitive financial data (credit card numbers, bank pins, or OTPs). Any disputes related to transaction failures or payment processing issues must be handled via the designated financial channels.

7. Prohibited Uses

When using the YT Insight dashboard, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, duplicate, or extract the underlying code or algorithms of our SaaS product.

  • Use the platform to generate spam metadata or manipulate search engine algorithms maliciously.

  • Share your Basic Plan login details outside of the designated single-user limit, or exceed the 10-member limit on the Team Plan without proper authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

YT Insight provides YouTube SEO data, search metrics, and AI-generated text for informational and growth purposes. While our tools utilize precise data patterns, we do not guarantee specific monetary growth, subscriber metrics, or algorithmic viral success on YouTube. We are not liable for any changes in YouTube's external API policies that might alter data delivery over time.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the YT Insight dashboard without prior notice if we discover a violation of these Terms and Conditions, unauthorized multi-user account sharing on individual plans, or fraudulent payment actions.
